1. No snacks or food for employees 2. No motivation to go to office - no well being arrangement for the employees, no breakout rooms, no games for a break 3. Poor Quality of employees hired 4. No meeting rooms 5. Stuffy offices

1. There are almost no in house projects. It outsources it's resources to client side and gets the commission. 2. There is no salary normalization concept. If you continue then you will loose your market value. Example, if you have experience of 10 yrs... you might be getting compensation of a resource of 5 yrs. 3. Lots of marketing and show up for employee benefit but no really e.g. one of the campaign says certification program; however there is no fee reduction or sharing by company... all the expenses will be born by employee but company will take the credit.
