- Irresponsible sourcing, they offer you a position with a given salary, but once you are there even when they keep his word regarding salary, the put you in a lower postion, and then complain about your rate.
- Once you are inside the company, you don't have a choice regarding which project to work in, even if you are in Talent Pool, and there are several openings, HR will command you which one to take, saying that you don't have any option, is either take the one they say or sign your resignation.
- Account team make a horrible job, there were at least one year when they didn't made the tax annual statements of employee, even when they have to, and they didn't even let them know, they just give them the required documentation that was even filled wrong.
