Pros

people are good. Not much "politics".And if you want to settle in Kerala and have a retirement life this is the best company you can choose.

Cons

It is full of cons..No Proper compensation/ No timely Bonus, No proper Hikes, No proper support staffs. No Medical facility for spouse/parents. No Proper Management. No stability in the account/project(you can be thrown out at any time). No value for hard work or whatsoever.
