terrible org management, too much politics. some PM's can be laughable as they know nothing about the product but position themselves as "experts". the company doesn't care about people. HR is outsourced and doesn't care about you at all, they just love closing supporting tickets

As the company is big, work comes on waves, sometimes you do not have a lot, sometimes you have tons... Also, you may feel your visibility dissipated because of how big it is the company, in their defense, they are trying to avoid this, but they still have work to do... This last one is also true for the "leveling", meaning, working at Uber, you feel the "levels" they have a little bit, they are trying to avoid that, but still working on it...
