Great website, easy apply, clean facility

Cons

Every position Ive applied to (including positions I'm well over qualified for), are returned with the same 'thanks for applying, but no thanks' response email. I've changed up my resume 7-8 times and even tried using AI. The only thing I can think of is either they discriminate because of race (I mark 2 or more) or they discriminate against military.

Pros

Great opportunity for students just getting out of college. Profit sharing bonus makes the pay decent. If you are single and don't get sick a lot this is probably a good job opportunity if you can look past all the cons.

Cons

Zero flexibility. Micromanaging on a whole different level. You are allowed 5 personal items on your desk (yes calendars even count). Toxic culture. Dress code is ancient (be prepared to be forced to wear pantyhose fall through spring) Management protects management and doesn't have their employees best interest at heart. Exceptions are made for only certain people willing to roll over. You can call out 5 days and on the 6th call out you will get written up (even if you have PTO available). There are no "sick" days... they become unexcused unplanned absences. They pride themselves on how hard it is to get into Uline.

Definitely, some of the people I worked with were really worth it.

Cons

The lack of decision-making in the branches is frustrating, and the lack of work-like balance is horrible.
