      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      Great company culture. Once you are in the door and hit the ground running you notice that everyone around you is working toward a common goal. Positive interactions with all levels of employees. No slackers here. Great work/life balance which is hard to find.

      Cons

      Interview process can be extensive but it makes sense once you join the organization.

      Pros

      Local mgmt is good and at a branch level, PA is fantastic. Great pay, bonuses, benefits. Awesome people to work with. Customer minded business for the most part, but has declined in that area this past year.

      Cons

      From a corporate standpoint might as well have a number on the back of your striped jumpsuit. They want you to be a soldier in the herd. Most don't want your opinion if it might rock the boat. Not much room for advancement at the branch level. Hope you like to talk on the phone.

      Intense, Hard Working Place, with Continual Growth

      Pros

      Continual drive to succeed, always work to be done, never bored, bonuses (weekly, merit, and company sales), etc.

      Cons

      Burnout comes easily, they don't seem to scale resources well (most do the work of several employees), etc.
