Continual growth, always busy, lots of work

Pros

Benefits and bonuses are great, there's a continual drive to do better and be better for our customers and business operations overall.

Cons

Daily operations are micro managed from the top down, there's a report for everything, mixed messages regarding expected hours (too much or too little you fall on a report), accounting for space and resources to support company growth is tightly managed (only what's needed in the immediate future so you're constantly over-extended or out or resources), etc.

Pros

Great coworkers, great pay, not that hard of a job. A few shift leads and managers are amazing to work with....

Cons

Little chance of self-growth, unless you're on 1st shift. Some managers will ignore any good ideas you may have to improve productivity. A few new hires make you wonder if the interview process really is working.

Fast paced environment with opportunities to grow Great employees Excellent bonus Great benefits with dental and vision included Generous PTO

Cons

So much micromanagement it makes it a tough environment to be in sometimes. Can feel like your "stats" count for more than you do as a person.
