      Pros

      -Professional environment. -Offers opportunities to grow within a company that continues to see increased growth year over year. -Awesome training and onboarding. -The best people work here! -Facilities are top notch! Clean, walking paths, trees, flowers, and that lawn is impeccable!

      Cons

      -Continued growth leads to parking further away from the building. On the upside, I can use a few extra steps in my day! -No work from home, but we all get to see and work with great people who become like family. That bond is hard to grow when you’re not physically in the office.

      Pros

      - Stable, growing company - company has grown every year since I started here. - Competitive pay and amazing bonus program! - Great amenities at corporate campus - on-site cafe, fitness center with personal trainers, on-site salon. - Amazing people - culture is very team focused and team members push you out of your comfort zone to grow both personally and professionally. - Training - extensive onboarding training plan for all new hires, many training classes available to all employees (Excel based, communication improvement, etc.)

      Cons

      - No hybrid or remote work options; however, this allows for a separation of work life and home life which I appreciate - I never check my email or respond to work related things on the weekends or when I am on PTO.
