      Pros

      Job security, great pay with an outstanding bonus structure, subsidized cafe serving well above average food, free gym with personal trainers, 401k match of 5%, generous paid time off. There is no working from home necessary at night; once you leave for the day you're done working. Overall a very pleasant place to come to work each day.

      Cons

      Lack of work from home program, shirt and tie dress code (sounds worse than it is, you very much get used to it), and no specific sick days (you need to use PTO).

      - Extremely stable employer - Privately held and family owned - Ownership over your work - Passionate and hard working culture - Great amenities (on-site cafe, gym, walking paths) - Generous bonuses each year

      Cons

      - We are not allowed to work from home, however this has it's upside because it makes separating work and personal life easier
