They monitor their employees to ensure that the dress code is being adhered to, and if employees don't, then they get written up and have to have a meeting with their manager in order to address it. Due to rather vague wording in the handbook, the interpretation of what is acceptable and unacceptable is left to the discretion of those monitoring (anonomously), thus rendering it a rather subjective procedure.
