      Good job for right out of college but nothing long-term

      Pros

      Great benefits, profit sharing, generous facilities (on-site gym + sauna), cool catering programs for lunch, good starting pay for starting out right out of college, great tuition reimbursement program

      Cons

      Strict dress code, tons of micro management, they don't hold their customers to any sort of accountability and it WILL come back on you, even if it was the customer's fault, owners are very opinionated, honestly it felt like I was in the 1960's with how prejudiced towards women they are, miniscule hourly wage increases (In the two years I was there, I think I got maybe 75 cents total), if you don't fit their mold or drink their Koolaid, you won't have any sort of opportunities for growth, you're punished for minor mistakes by either being placed on a performance plan or having certain job duties withheld from you

      Pros

      Not really much at all here. You get a paycheck...until you're managed out or fired. Pay is around $17hr and raises are small.

      Cons

      The spike in positive reviews on here are from people inside the company. The rating on here is bad so how else do they hire talent, make fake reviews! You don't get treated well so HR coming on here to comment is basically saying everyone is actually treated bad. Uline has a funny way of wording things..they twist the truth. The website pay doesn't exist. They pretend to promote people but no one is promoted. The company doesn't hire anyone with management experience so it's a mess. The only reason the company is afloat is because uline sells overpriced products that you can buy elsewhere for cheaper .. and they don't pay you very much for destroying your live. I've seen so many great people tossed aside because someone else is next in line to take the bate. I wouldn't recommend a homeless person here. Stay away.

      I can't think of a single nice thing to say. The training program was thorough?

      Cons

      I was in a terrible accident in which they denied short term disability for. All of my hospital days were counted against me. I was written up for fainting and leaving chats unattended due to working with a concussion. They ultimately fired me for not complying to policy "attendance" standards dispite Doctor and hospital notes. I had just received a glowing year end review, but that didn't matter. This place pretends like they care about their employees, but they couldn't care less. 95 percent of these good reviews are written by the admins under company instruction.
