      Pros

      Good team work. Good benefits, vacation company picnics etc.

      Cons

      Big time micro management . Very few positive comments about job performance. IE. You are never doing good enough. If you don't hit productivity you are called out and threatened right away. But in a nice way! Kind of.

      Very hands on, very demanding. Teaches you to deal with stress and prioritize. Given the opportunity to lead a large group of employees.

      Very stressful. Long days. Low pay.

      Decent Pay, good job secuirty

      Cons

      There is no freedom at all. You feel like you are working at a daycare. 16 vacation days sounds good at first but that includes any sick or personal days. The owner of this company acts as if she is running a plantation and the workers are her slaves. Everyone does there best to run in the opposite direction whenever upper management is nearby. Not a friendly environemnt.
