Pros

Pay and job security are the only reasons to work here. Possibility the company could treat you great but these are far and few in between.

Cons

Uline was great before it moved operations from Lake Forest to Ontario. Wish I could give specific details but my review won't be approved. Avoid if you value yourself. Micromanagement doesn't begin to explain how operations are conducted.

Great benefits, good pay for entry level, and great amenities.

Cons

The company has a very toxic cult-like environment. 45 hour clock in/out minimum, even when you are salary. The micromanagement is on another level. You are only promoted based on hours, not merit. So much red tape. They try to trap you here so you never have enough experience to leave. There is no diversity. I am not exaggerating when I say this is a cult.

Pros

Only thing I can think of is pay, but you can find that level of pay most places nowadays.

Cons

-Culture -No sick time -Overly strict time and attendance (if you have kids, don’t even bother needing to leave early or calling in to take care of them) -Management very entitled and click-focused. -Management speaks ill of employees behind closed doors, on a personal level. -No effort to increase diversity
