Come home after being in the field

Cons

The company tracks your every move, if you arrive and leave your sales appointments at the correct time (must be there for 45 min-1 hour), micromanagers, callbacks on customers you visited that day to make sure you were actually there (why even hire if you don’t trust your employees?)

Great place to start your career. A lot of work given to you right away and great training in place to make sure you’re not walking into things blind.

Cons

Very secretive management and spoke to me like they were speaking to a child. They somewhat trap you in your position by making sure you’re not learning new skills and focusing only on your specific tasks. Makes it very hard to grow when there’s no transferable skills. Insanely strict policies. Like insane. Every single day is the EXACT same. Feels like a simulation. Every single position higher than manager is an outside hire.

Job security- as long as you are okay with being treated like a robot and feel like you are in military school.

Cons

No flexibility No work life balance (If you are salaried, you are their slave ) Zero diversity (probably not by accident) Zero autonomy No sick days (PTO must be used for sick days) Thousands of rules that make no sense Common sense isn’t common here
