      Growing company. Nice clean offices.

      Cons

      Owner prioritizes profits over worker safety during COVID. Office workers could work from home but are asked to come in everyday instead. Salaried employees asked to punch in and out everyday so the owner can track hours worked. Men in office must wear a tie Mon-Thurs. Women in office must wear a dress or skirt Mon-Thurs with pantyhose (after Labor Day) or wear a suit with jacket buttoned all day. All tattoos must be covered up at work. Owner does not trust anyone, regardless of title or tenure. Don't believe the positive reviews and ratings on Glassdoor. Carefully read the negative reviews ask ask yourself 'Do I really want to work for this company?''

      Excellent pay & benefits Some amazing & talented peers

      Zero work life balance. 52+hrs a week minimum and no work from home program allowed. More is never enough. Branch Managers are ridiculously lazy. Most ride the coat tails of direct reports, and present their hard work as their own. Shameless. A profound glass ceiling for women. No matter your education, success, or tenure, you are referred to as " the girls" or " my boys" by the owner. Belittled and emasculated at every turn. Exhausting for even the toughest of souls! Family balance is nonexistent for Managers. Pay is strong, but it becomes golden handcuffs and makes it very hard to find a new path if wanting to move on. Lastly, Uline stalks x- employees on Facebook & LinkedIn. Constantly trying to connect using fake accounts and contacts. It is very strange and bizarre!

      They micro manage everything. Strict dress code, not flexible with time off, no growth opportunities. Super right wing republican.
