Pros

Uline has great employees working here! Instead of worrying about how many people they need to cut each year, managers are focused on how many MORE people they need to hire. They keep the workload of everyone manageable, so that everyone can have a life outside of work. Some of the great benefits are as follows: -Competitive Salary -Competent work associates -Friendly and professional working atmosphere -Encourages employee growth (both leadership skills and technical skills) -Active sponsor in the community -On-site gym with trainers -Beautiful campus with outdoor walking paths

Cons

Healthcare - As with all insurance programs these days, monthly cost is high, deductibles are high, and out-of-pocket max is high. I really hope things can go back to how they were prior Obamacare era. Work Hours - Not all positions are the ideal 8-4:30. Warehouse employees work difficult hours that don't allow a lot of family time in the evening on weekdays. For office positions, a majority of the time work hours are ideal. Managers - As with all companies, there are some managers that have a deep "Red" personality, and they don't encourage utilizing each employee to their maximum potential. Having said that, probably 90%+ of the managers are incredible! (friendly, motivating, and give their team credit where deserved)

Pros

This job offers all the benefits of employee discounts, dental, medical, 401k (with 5% matching), and a 19.50/hr starting pay with overtime. They also have several company events (like potlucks and BBQ's) and meetings that are fun and educational to go to. It has a friendly community atmosphere and is family owned.

Cons

It is a lot of hard work and a lot of heavy lifting with high expectations.

Pros

Facilities are clean and safe. The profit sharing bonus is nice. Pay is average, but there are raises if you do well.

Cons

Micromanaging is extreme. There is no room to make mistakes. If you do make a mistake it can follow you for a long time and hold you back from other opportunities. It feels like high school in the management team, they love drama. There are rarely any opportunities to get promoted or grow in your role. Conservative views can be traumatizing to say the least. Avoid this place.
