Pros

All the pros have been eroded since Paul Polman took over there's none left.

Cons

They stole our final salary pension yet the board kept theirs. They claimed it wasn't viable but there was plenty in the pot for all of us. They have now stopped our overtime and pay rises for the cost of living are a thing of the past. Its turning into a sweat shop.

Pros

Good brands Good Employees Work life balance

Cons

New Globally managed marketing leadership looking for centralized control Turmoil in the NA Brand Team - turning most ABM and BM's to glorified paper pushers with no authority to make decisions - many biding time till they get the next new job Culture clashes and culture cliques very prevalent in the NA office - what used to be a group of employees from the Tri-state area & Chicago, has morphed into at least 50% or more employees on 2-3 year transfers from Latin America Deep distrust due to different working styles and unfair biases among employees who have moved in from Brazil, Argentina, Mexico & all of South America. They don't understand the US consumer, the customers, organized retail, processes or how to even communicate in English.
