Pros

Great brand name company with a strong reputation, great/nice people to work with, flexible hours that are very accommodating of life needs, strong brands that offer a great learning opportunity

Cons

offices located in NJ/hard to get to, size of the company means projects often move slowly, accountability sometimes difficult because process and division of labor means no one ever owns an entire chain of responsibility (e.g., when experiencing supply chain issues with a new product launch, no one on either the brand or supply chain teams was able to determine what the cause was and no one was necessarily empowered to step up)

Pros

Free Gym Discount Store Company Car - however terrible service and structure Some people Food was good - I hate the feeling that people can be brought. So discounts, car, salary, free gym are gimmicks when I’ve been made to feel like another number in giant corporate machine.

Cons

No Support No Structure Lack of Communication internally Robotic, Acronym Central and no loyalty or value. “Everyone can be brought” attitude

Pros

Great employee perks like free ice cream, shuttles to the office from NYC, quick responsibility and ownership of work

Cons

Culture can be very political and aggressive with European influence. Not every brand carries out the core mission of the companies sustainability strongly. Most people are one foot in and out of the door
