Talent skill level was questionable on my team, specifically with management Management was lackluster at best. HR was not helpful at all specifically in on-boarding and recruiting. Did virtually nothing and were very unclear with requirements and their message. Computer systems were unreliable. very unprofessional culture

Pros

Good healthcare benefits for permanent members of staff as well as weekly fruit deliveries. Days out and fully paid staff days out.

Cons

Office bullying is very prominent by bosses who think they are better than you and treat you like you are worthless. Complaints about said issue are not taken seriously. I have filed a serious complaint 2 months ago about how my boss was and continues to viciously bully me. The issue is so bad that my mental health is suffering and I have been forced to resign because I cannot cope here. Another team member also filed a complaint and was also ignored and has subsequently left the company. I am still getting treated like vermin here and I was shocked that such a serious complaint has not been dealt with yet - this is a company which I believed looked after its staff well but I would NEVER recommend to work in my team or at this company to anyone!!!
