      So much learning everyday from highly seasoned colleagues and they try to sharpen your competencies

      Cons

      Be ready to work hard. This means no more personal time, work during weekends and just live on a fast paced working lifestyle

      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Convenient location and in house cafeteria. Decent benefits. Company events held on site which does make it easy for employees to participate.

      Cons

      Many policies in place but those policies don't apply to management. How to get ahead within the company - make sure you have a Sr. Executive as your champion. Hard workers may not be rewarded. Yearly reorganizations with layoffs and positions eliminated and remaining workers get double the workload. They preach about work and personal life balance but don't support it. HR not very helpful with benefits or supporting employees with any issues. No training and very difficult to get new employees on board with equipment. High turnover.
