You're made to feel like you should be grateful to work for such a company rather than them be grateful to have you there. Distinct lack of career progression. Expected to be content with moving sideways in roles at the same level for up to 5 years before making any progression. Non existent personal development conversations with managers. 2 people in my immediate department left within the 2 years I was in the company due to mental health issues brought on by the roles they were in. Poor salary when you benchmark externally.
