Pros

The only Pro I got during my tenure here is that I learned a lot because my job profile had no backup or teammates, I was the only spoc for my job.

Cons

No work-life balance No consideration by management towards the mental well-being of employees No scope for employees to openly communicate any concerns with management

Pros

Stable job. Decent pay. Good food in canteen.

Cons

No mentorship in initial days. Working culture is bad, people are generally dissatisfied due to high work load. Need to follow deadlines that will land on weekends sometimes.
