Pros

VERY GOOD for business roles (finance, sales, marketing, ops etc) - DO JOIN. Good work-life balance. Very good place to be if primary focus is personal life & family. Very low effort-reward ratio - so technically doesn't matter in most cases to go above and beyond expectations, rewards are barely different. Opportunities to work in global roles, wide vareity of people to learn from in terms of ways of working, leadership and communication skills.

Cons

1. VERY VERY BAD for tech-based roles (Software Development, Data Science, Analytics, Automation) - DO NOT JOIN - you'll feel completely out of place & no one cares if you exist in these roles. 2. Its rigid in terms of hierarchy, bordering on the edge of toxic 3. Policies, onboarding & offboarding very chaotic & unprofessional 4. Salary hikes are meagre - around 3%-4%, so account for it before closing on CTC

Pros

A good brand for your CV , flexible working hours , casual dress code.

Cons

1. No training for critical work areas 2. People tend to be overcritical on the smallest of mistakes which lowers your morale. 3. Nothing apart from work happens 4. If your seniors don't like you, you are disliked by them for life. 5. No clarity in communication of instructions .
