Pros

Allows agile working Good product discounts in company store

Cons

Feel like an employee number rather than a human being A very 'top-down' organization (and very top-heavy) Management often take credit for work and leave the people doing all the hard graft feeling undervalued Poor IT systems (you are not provided with the tools you need to do the job effectively and efficiently) Not easy to move around (even though they boast offices worldwide)

Pros

Really great gender balance - many women in senior roles. Good values and opportunities to deliver positive social and environmental change through work. Many excellent managers and leaders who are kind people fostering an inclusive, supportive working environment.

Cons

Too many people work way too many hours. Too many people have damaged mental health through work stress. It's hard to progress in the company and have much of a life outside of work. There are a few part time roles but part time people don't actually work part time. Men and women in senior positions work full time and do not have a work life balance I would want.
