      Sky high insurance

      Pros

      Hard workers in the factory....on the floor not the office

      Cons

      Had our insurance meeting...and union busting meeting following. Said our insurance only went up 4%, while our cost of living was 2%. Make themselves look bad when HR comes out to floor that night and ask what we think of union meetings. Higher insurance and unions are bad? Wasn’t for unions before but now I am jumping on the bandwagon just like all my friends.

      HR is killing the organization

      Despite all efforts from HR people keep Pushing forward to deliver

      Cons

      HR has absolutely no clue on how the company works. Moves jobs accross the globe to save few euros, cuts all the benfits, pushes to give the lowest salary possible to new employees.

      Slow, bureaucratic and highly politizised company

      Pros

      Good marketing school for new beginners. Some nice work colleagues and office environment. Real activities to improve sustainability.

      Cons

      Extremely slow to develop products and implement activities in markets. Matrix organization impacts on slow (or none) decision making process and the reaching of agreements, showing how highly politizised this organisation is. Both above mentioned aspects makes it frustrating to work for this company, especially if you are at senior level. Very poor work life balance. In order to succeed in this company you have to either live for the company (do not have a personal life) or be "sponsored" by someone inside (idolize a senior manager).
