Pros

A well known brand, Global 500

Cons

It's a gigantic dollar store with all emphasis from SJW ideology. They force HR and other people to attend meetings that are complete nonsense. HR is made of liberal arts major students who know nothing

Pros

Flexible Working Environment (if you need to work from home in the middle of the week to go to the doctor for example, it's fine). As long as you get your work done, people don't tend to care when you leave the office etc. Easy access from NYC with use of company shuttle (you pay for it but it's minimal) Company truly believes and lives it's motto around purpose and sustainability Ability to work across multiple categories Top notch research and data capabilities. Although there are a lot of processes, there is a rarely a function or job that doesn't have built in tools to help you succeed

Cons

Pay growth year of year is minimal. Only way to get a good salary increase is to get promoted and this can be hard moving up levels depending on what stage of the year the company is in.

Pros

Great innovation. A lot of opportunity for lateral moves to expand your knowledge. The ability to work from home when needed. Great maternity and paternity leave. A lot of good people.

Cons

Work/life balance can be stressful. I've found happiness is very dependent on the leader you are under. Some are rushed up too fast and do not have proper training. Unfortunately I have experience with bad leaders, the worst of all being on the drug account. Her lack of human decency has included harassment, threats, cynicism and negativity. I've heard others have tried to address with senior leadership but nothing has been done within the years this behavior has persisted.
