Been very happy working with great people. Senior management is focused on our well-being and the growth of the company. There are many opportunities to make a difference and make a big impact to the organization. Overall, the company embraces change and is willing to continue to improve.

Smart and talented employees, great team, and gained a lot of experience that will help me as I move forward in my career.

Cons

Pay didn't always match the responsibilities. Few bonuses. A lot of management changes. Oh and you could have better snacks available in the break room.
