      Pros

      +Easy onboarding process. Doesnt take too long to get up to speed if you're paying attention. +Amazing management. I gotta say, i feel like i can actually talk to my superiors. And they actually hear me. That's very rare today. +Really good benefits. +Lots of events. Threattrack seems to always have something or other to show how much they appreciate their employees. I do feel rather appreciated. Thanks HR!

      Cons

      -The work itself can be stressful. Especially when starting out. You have to take in a lot of information. But it does get easier over time. -You NEED to learn the stuff. There is very little hand holding and "winging it" is unlikely.

      No expectation to work more than 40 hours; Relaxed work environment; Most co-workers are pleasant and understanding; Good cross-department communication; Nice, new office with comfortable chairs; Great HR staff

      Cons

      Exceedingly difficult to get a promotion; Meager annual raises despite "Excellent" performance reviews; Company matches 401(k) at 1/4 employee contribution up to 6% (meaning if the employee contributes 6% of pay, company matches 1.25%); 4.5-foot cube walls (would prefer 6 to block more sound); Not trusted to work from home on a regular basis (but it is acceptable once in a while)
