      Pros

      Fast paced environment with plenty of room for professional growth.

      Cons

      No negatives thus far. I guess I could complain about furniture, but we're moving and getting new in March.

      A security company with no security knowledge

      Pros

      The only pros is the location and the no dress code. And the CEO, Julian Waits, is also a good man even though he has no clue about what is going on internally in his own company.

      Cons

      The company is managed by incompetent and inexperienced staff members, there is no accountability or professionalism. Even though the company sells security products, there are no real security practitioners or people who understand security. Management is very disconnected from Operations and internal processes. Each department over-spends and every other quarter a large number of staff are laid off or terminated with no thought of their importance. It is very unstable and it is only a matter of time before it declares bankruptcy and/or permanently closes.(sadly)

      Dynamic company in an exciting space

      Pros

      Great balance between a charismatic, visionary CEO and a hard charging "make it happen" executive chairman. Company has a great vision, some scary smart people, great foundational technology, exciting roadmap, and a culture of commitment and team work. Real opportunity become part of a business that will shake up the market.

      Cons

      Alignment of the two product groups and the alignment of sales and product where rough spots, but now seem to becoming together. The company seems much better focused and in a much better position to execute.
