Communication between different teams used to be frustrating when it came to prioritising what needed to be done, this has improved considerably over the last 18 months.

Pros

The culture in the entire organisation is changing and creating a great atmosphere to work in. Growth opportunities within the business are great and your able to move within the company. Work Life balance is great with great benefits with a company that truly cares about it's employees.

Cons

Less of a con more of a note, the company is in the transition phase with new leadership coming in and making a real change from what I have seen in the past creating a great culture and providing me with great excitement for the future.

Amazing team environment that promotes collaboration and unity from the top down. Sr. Leadership that truly cares about their employees by actually holding themselves accountable, not just “talking the talk”. Great work/life balance and benefits.

Cons

New Leadership has a clear and well communicated plan to address current challenges and we have already seen positive changes so the outlook is good!
