      Pros

      benefits in line with most other fortune 100's good mid level management from my experience (likely the people you'd actually report to)

      Cons

      a little too political for my taste. salaries are always just enough below what you would get from a similar size comparison to make leaving hard to justify but is to want to do.

      Able to work remotely. Salary is decent. Benefit is decent. Good vacation and personal days policy.

      Cons

      They outsource a lot of IT functions to India. They let a lot of good IT talents go.
