Pros

I spent a year with the CSBEST team as a front end developer in ASP.NET after a summer internship the previous year. I found the group to be great supporters of my new entry into IT as a career.

Cons

As a large corporation, adapting newer software systems and IDE's can take a long time. Not a real problem unless you only want to work on the latest and greatest, then just be sure to check you positions tech specs.

Pros

Well, you get to work for a company that has good name recognition.

Cons

They have a lot of contractors, some of which never make it to the employee stage. My PC IT guy was great, but after five years, they never did him the honor of giving him some semblance of security or benefits. They are tight, and tend to run the company like a mom-and-pop store, with lots of oversight from above. They make a great deal about their customer service rep going the extra mile for customers, but they don't treat their employees the same way.
