Great benefits ..nice people to work with.. it is possible to work from home but only for select few Shifts for all types of people morning types and night owls

Cons

work environment can be very noisy at times coworkers play music at their desks and is distracting to others Expect to work weekends if your just starting out or late nights

Options to change a day of your schedule and can do that 3 times a month. Great healthcare benefits 401k matching to 6%

Cons

Call center work is stressful Opportunity requires moving throughout the country Even being skilled, experienced, and willing to move people look down on "call center employees"
