Pros

-The benefits were second to none, (pto, medical, vision, dental, yearly bonus and profit sharing.) -somewhat decent work-life balance -opportunities for growth -laid back environment (for the most part)

Cons

-management didn't know process/policies front line employees dealt with on a day to day basis -inconsistent feedback (one manager would praise on one thing while another one would disagree) -time of selection is limited based on business needs -can be political at times
