Pros

Good people surround you. Best co-workers in the world. The pay is good. The benefits started right away. The healthcare benefits were really great. There is lots of training. 3 months on-boarding, so if you make it through that you can make it in the job.

Cons

It talks a long time to get used to getting yelled at by customers. People are can just be awful. Sometimes you'll get a manager that helps you out and comes to your aid and some will just look at you like, "what are you bring this problem to me for?"

Cons

miscommunication between departments, suggestions for improvement are not heard unless it make the company money. outdated processes. poor worker retention. senior management do not keep their word.

Good luck trying to move to another department . Any position that is open is usually based on Seniority. 1hr personal time / per month Management is on top of you over metrics .
