Cons
It is difficult to keep up with the continual process and software changes. Day to day, things change and often putting the cart before the horse. Lack of upward mobility and opportunities as Verizon attempts to redefine itself. As cutbacks and layoffs continue, more and more work and added responsibilities are added to each employee.
