Pros

Staying on the cutting edge of technology and being a leader in the industry. There are some really good technical people that work there.

Cons

Serious bureaucracy!! As time has gone on a lot of good, smart, useful people were pushed out by people with less integrity and who came out of other wireless companies just looking out for themselves

Pros

Pay well. Good benefits. Company offers tuition assistance. Yearly bonus depending on the health of the company. Which doesn't really apply to your specific work unit. The union mentality have infiltrated upper management which doesn't work well for the non-union portion of the company.

Cons

They treat people like a number on a spreadsheet. You have to adhere to arcane rules that really do not apply to your organization. They easily cut people as their attitude is if you can't or won't do it, there are plenty of people that will. Make people go against their convictions.

Pros

Great benefits and competitive salary.

Cons

Company seems to be losing grounding while looking to transform. Job stability is being questioned at many levels. Uncertainty and moral seems to be growing.
