      The hours is 24/7 if you’re a new hire you will be working the night/ evening shift

      Stability, fair pay, flexibility, advancement opportunities, excellent pay.

      Cons

      Lost sight of what made them the best in the early days. Once that happened, network quality, ethics, pride in your work went south.
