Pros

severance package when you get fired. They have cab to drop you on the day you get fired.

Cons

You can loose job any time. Clueless VDSI Management. VDSI is not Verizon. It just is a back office. VDSI is looking out to sell themselves to IBM/Accenture. SO if you join, be ready for that and pay cuts. Also be ready with a baack up job. Its very unstable. I regret joining here..

Pros

Call center in a smaller town, so no commute to the larger surrounding cities.

Cons

Work life balance is nonexistent. Be prepared to sign your soul away, but they’ll pay you decent enough to suck you in to stay longer. You’re a small fish in a very large pond, so unless you’re sleeping around with management, you’re not going anywhere. Pushed to make customers keep their service even when they weren’t using it, even worse is pushing those to keep their service that couldn’t afford it.
