Pros

Pay was great, service discounts were awesome, benefits were stellar, and coworkers were awesome as well.

Cons

Dealing with the general public is a stressful thing. Dealing with the general public with limited breaks, severe penalties for logging in 30 seconds late, and forced overtime was kinda hell.

Pros

Micromanaged almost every minute of the day. Not sure if that’s really a “pro”, but I couldn’t think of anything else.

Cons

Their retail stores are not a priority anymore. Or well, the employees at those stores aren’t. They’ve increased quotas to make it impossible to make the money we used to make, and simultaneously forcing us to do the work of all the people they’ve laid off.

Pros

Great benefits overall including the salary, vacation, annual bonus, medical, 401K, training and tuition. Ability to work remotely in certain organizations.

Cons

No job stability. Layoffs several times a year. This sees to be the method that the CEO and the executive uses to guarantee a certain amount in profits for the shareholders. Long hours for management employees
