      Great Pay Opportunities... Stressful work environment

      Pros

      You Can make killer commissions some months. There is a ton of training. Competitive environment, lots of new products. Good Team Morale base pay + commision

      Cons

      I am soo tired. My legs and back kill me every night due to the intentional lack of chairs. Commissions fluctuate due to quotas that never seem to line up with our sales.

      Great benefits! The best I have had at any company.

      Cons

      Management has the mentallity that the product will sale itself. You are considered just a number if you are not hitting your over inflated targets you will be fired and someone else will be brought in. I was an overachiever but still saw this happen to many well qualified and very good reps. There is no balance of work and personal life. You are told to not do any order entry or even return customers phone calls during the work day. All customers were directed to call centers for support. Anything besides cold calling and sales meeting will need to be done during off hours and we were told to report back to the office after dinner with our families to complete this work. Management also encourages you to use borderline unethical behavior to make sales. I elected to go elsewhere for employment.

      Pros

      In depth training and sales experience that you can use to apply towards other jobs. Pay is decent, very good matching in 401k

      Cons

      It is what it is, customer service. The customers suck, always work weekends and stay open late. have to stand all day while doing your job
