      Pros

      Flexibility, interesting fields of work, job security, growth potential. The company is very flexible with employees and understands the need of having a family life. The company is ongoing in fields of work that are innovative and attractive to technical fields. The company is in excellent financial condition to secure your job for the future. The company has many tracks for employees to move up and onward in your career.

      Cons

      Very segmented, you are not free to roam outside of your work environment, one track per employee, no real benefit to overachieve. If you are wanting to be cross trained to work in other fields, look elsewhere. They are very segmented and don't want you venturing out into other fields.

      Pros

      ALot of knowledge out there to gain - teh Verizon Busienss side of the house is full of very hard working individuals who know how to get the job done as long as it does not invovle Verizon CORE.

      Cons

      No room to advance.....good old boys club. Raises are subjective, ops if you are not one of the "pets" regardless of your glowing review, they have the control to give very little on your merit increase. Definately based on popularity. Working with Verizon CORE and union employess is very challenging
