Everything, managment, sales rep lie to their customers constantly, fraudulent business with worst managment ever. You will hate yourself after each transaction because you could help someone lower their bill, but if you come back and don't sale you are going to have disrespectful jokes towards you or yelling at u. So unprofessional glad that I left after 4 years. They don't even work on your career when u are top performer.

The management is afraid to play their roles. They are very shady managers, play favoritism to a particular sales rep, they will hand over business leads on the low to a particular rep some are even prejudice to some reps and will sabotage you. If you are a woman of color don’t even think about it with this company they will allow customers to call you derogatory names on the floor and pretend nothing happened... I always held VeriZon in high standards until I worked for them... Definitely a big mistake in my career I don’t even want them on my resume... Some of the managers speak to you with aggression, very poor attitudes from management.
