Benefits start day one, decent coworkers.

Cons

They work you to the bone, then toss you away like yesterday's garbage. Never felt like anything I did in my 14 years really mattered. Managers flipped in out of positions. No integrity or stability in policy. This company is full of people who lie, cheat, steal and engage in inappropriate relationships to advance their careers.

Benefits were great. Excellent 401k match, 8k in tuition assistance, plenty of time off, work life balance was great, disability insurance, free life insurance, decent pay, great bonuses.

Cons

Micro-managing was at an all time high. Have to clock in and out of computer whenever you needed to use the restroom. Every single minute of your day must be accounted for. No phones visible on desks. Even implemented a new software where you must log each daily activity into a system. Something as little as sending an email had to be documented and logged. Then the voluntary layoffs made the morale even worse.

Good pay and good medical coverage, which kept me around for a long time.

Cons

They have terrible culture. I and those of my tenure were part of the golden age of the cell phone business, but they have been slowly trying to push us out to put revenue and shareholder value before all else.
