Pros

Over the years, I worked with amazing people who loved their jobs. Very rarely do you hear of anyone leaving because they want to. Great salaries, medical insurance, PTO, and generous vacation time. Verizon provides training and development opportunities to help employees enhance their skills and advance their careers. Perks like tuition assistance, award-winning training, and online development tools help make this possible.

Cons

Verizon hires many contractors, so people often leave in the middle of a project after being on the team for over two years. Then, a new contractor steps in, slowing down the project because there's a huge learning curve. Also, budgets are often cut, canceling existing projects after they've been in progress for months to years.
