      Pros

      The best coworkers I've ever been associated with. Everyone goes out of their way to help and train. Good tuition assistance and educational advancement programs.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly below average. Be careful in obtaining specific on-call requirements. Can be expected to be on-call 24/7 even when they have dedicated techs.
