Pros

Better pay than most places around here. Benefits are there from day one. Vacation is there from day one. Yearly raises. Advancement is possible.

Cons

Communication is often poor. There is a lot of say one thing and do another. Management has a habit of doing whatever it takes to get their bonuses, and this is often at the expense of those under them. Also policy changes can just happen. The policy is saved in a word file that's very easy to change when management is confronted with something.
