International environment, dynamic industry, listed on great place to work, flexible time, home office available

Not competitive salaries, slow grow, high stress level, lack of customer service, performance indicators are not aligned between teams, lack of clarification on job roles

Pros

Good looking offices, nice people, flextime schedule, good casual dress code, home office, lots of events for employees.

Cons

Bad "savings" policies. They asked me to pay a polygraph and a drug test in the selection process without knowing if I was going to be hired, I pay sometimes for my tools (pens, paper, etc.), no discount in plane tickets for employees (disappointing), lockers are not practical, no training for employees in the corporate offices, good but not great benefits.
