      Pros

      I enjoyed incredible coworkers and a very friendly culture overall. The new office in Plaza Samara is amazing. Occasionally, employees receive free air travel, which is appreciated.

      Cons

      The company has grown extremely quickly and that has led to a little bit more hierarchy than before. Sometimes management could provide more direction and opportunities for development to the employees.
