The 2017 disasters were too much for WSP USA management, the 3 critical areas they have failed to provides a functionable support service is: Field inspector questions for non-STD housing issues. Field inspector questions to the accounting function for Expense reports, I call their number 101 times and always get a busy signal or I get a answer service to leave a message with a question and call back number. No response from this department. It is over 3 weeks (Oct 23 2017) since filing an expense report and not 1 word from this department. How long will it be to these expense reports processed and paid. How about some form of status communication???
